Love Curtone or exchange it because it’s ok to change your mind. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy our products. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product. We stand by our product and offer a 7-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked.

Curtone.com offers three choices to customer while returning the products, written as follows :
First, REPLACE i.e. to replace the defective product with the same product that u have just purchased.
Second, EXCHANGE i.e. exchange the defective product with another product or products of same amount.
Third, REFUND i.e. get the amount of returned product refund to your bank account.

As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Curtone.com. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at curtone.com, you agree to the terms set forth below along with Curtone’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

    • Product can be returned if Product is Damaged- during transit or it is Defective or it is Not as described on the website.
    • Return valid only for customers in India.
    • Please ensure that the product is unused, not damaged and all the tags and invoice slips are intact at the time of return. Further, the damaged/defective Products must be returned in the original condition they were received in with all the accompanying accessories.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
STEP1: Not Happy with your product? E-mail us your product details and why you are not happy with it at support@curtone.com within 7 days. Our team will call you soon to solve your queries.
STEP 2: Please put the Product in its original packaging and seal it well and send it to our return address.

Please ensure that the product is unused, not damaged and all the tags and invoice slips are intact at the time of return.
Kindly note that curtone.com is not responsible for the loss during return shipping. Customer is the bearer of all the charges incurred in return shipping.

WAYS TO GET RETURN:
We will either replace your product or give you a gift voucher for the same amount (whatever you opt for). We will also refund the shipping charges (if applicable) when you opt for gift voucher or
replacement of the product. Refund of return shipping charges will be limited to Rs 100 or 10% of
product cost, whichever is lower.
In case you do not want to opt for the gift voucher for the amount of refund or the exchange product,
such amount shall then be refunded as you paid for the product. We will refund the money to your bank
account only.

CAN I RETURN A PART OF THE ORDER?
Yes, a return can be created at item level and if you have ordered multiple items, you can initiate a
return for a partial quantity.

WHAT ARE THE EXCEPTIONS TO THE RETURNS POLICY?

      • Return request is made outside the specified time frame.
      • Return request is made outside India.
      • Anything missing from the package received by you including price tags, labels, original packing,
        freebies and accessories.
      • Defective/damaged products due to customer mishandling.
      • Used products.
      • Washed Products.
      • Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
      • Made-to-order/ Custom-stitched products.
